When you shop with us or create an account, we collect: your name, email address, +91 mobile number, delivery addresses, order history, wishlist items, and optional details you choose to share such as your birthday.

Payment details (card numbers, UPI handles) are processed by our payment partners and are never stored on our servers.

We use your information to process and deliver your orders, send order updates by email (and one-time sign-in codes by SMS), manage returns and exchanges, personalise your shopping experience, and — only if you opt in — send you new-in announcements and studio stories.

We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and keep your shopping bag saved. With your permission only, we also use analytics cookies (such as Google Analytics and Meta Pixel) to understand which styles and pages people love. These load only after you accept the cookie notice, and you can decline — the shop works the same either way.

We share only what is needed to serve you: delivery partners receive your name, address and mobile number to deliver your order; payment partners process your transactions securely; and marketplace partners (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho) handle orders placed on their platforms under their own privacy policies.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Order records, GST tax invoices and credit notes are kept for the period Indian tax and accounting laws require, even after an account is deleted — in that case they are kept without your contact details linked to your identity. We apply industry-standard safeguards to protect your information.

This is a placeholder policy for demonstration purposes and will be replaced with our final policy before launch.

You can view and update your personal details anytime from the My Profile page, manage saved addresses under My Addresses, download a copy of your data or permanently delete your account from the “Your data” section of My Profile (deletion is not possible while an order or return is still in progress), and unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time from the link in any of our emails.
