Shipping Policy

We ship to serviceable pincodes across India. Enter your pincode on a product page or at checkout to see whether we deliver to you and how long it will take.

Orders are packed and handed to our courier partner within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday). Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your pincode.

The estimate shown at checkout is specific to your pincode. It is an estimate, not a guarantee — weather, festivals and courier delays can add time.

Free shipping across India. The exact charge for your bag is shown at checkout before you pay — there are no hidden fees added afterwards.

Cash on Delivery on orders up to ₹5,000, on pincodes where our courier offers it. Please keep the exact amount ready — couriers may not carry change.

We email you when your order ships, with the courier and tracking number. You can also follow every step from My Orders.

If the courier can't reach you, they'll usually try again. Parcels that can't be delivered are returned to us, and we'll contact you to arrange re-delivery or a refund. Please make sure your address and mobile number are correct and that someone can receive the parcel.
